Gowdy calls Swalwell, just ‘another white guy’ comment, ‘sad’ condition of the policy

The former Republican Congressman Trey Gowdy on Tuesday called for the democratic presidential candidate Eric Swalwell in the “I” another white guy” comment and called it an example of the sad state of the policy.

Gowdy added that it thinks “a sad reflection”, Swalwell , he can gain support by apologizing for things he has no control.

“Logic, objective truth, passion, empathy, no race or gender strictures. If you are a good person, I want you to govern me, regardless of any other immutable characteristic,” he said.

“I think it is a sad reflection on our politics, when people apologize actually for things that you think absolutely no control at all, and I, most of my fellow citizens reject, and I see this as Eric pandering, trying to climb all the way up to a percent in the survey.”
