The government Trump has put an end to the ban on selling plastic water bottles in a number of major Us National Parks.
With the ban, that six years ago was introduced in the USA, wanted to be the last president Barack Obama and the environmental impact caused by the large amounts of plastic in the parks were thrown away reducing. In the large national parks are located in many central places water points where people bottles can refill.
The statement that the White House gave about the reversal of the measure came remarkably consistent with the campagnetekst of the International Bottled Water Association (IBWA), the American dome of waterproducenten, when in 2011 its allies lobbied against the new law.
The reversal of the law of Obama follows on the appointment of a new minister of state for Home Affairs three weeks ago.
Conflict of interest
This David Bernhardt was before he ascended the throne as the top level of Trump worked as a lobbyist for Nestlé, one of the largest sellers of bottled water in the US.
Democratic senators voted against his appointment and called him on his appointment “a walking conflict of interest”. The Republicans, however, saw no objection, and agreed on his appointment. Nestlé had, according to The Washington Post in a statement to know nothing to do with the decision of Bernhardt.
