House Republicans are pushing back against a new, Democratic-led probe into an alleged plot by White house officials to share nuclear power technology with Saudi Arabia, saying it amounts to a defamatory “conspiracy theory” and warning of consequences.

Democrats on the house Oversight Committee, the investigation opened on Tuesday amid claims that several unnamed Whistleblower, who said, to build a witness of “abnormal acts” in the White house over a proposal, dozens of nuclear reactors in the middle Eastern Kingdom.

According to an interim congressional report citing informants within the trump administration, the nuclear effort was made by the former national security adviser to Michael Flynn, who fired at the beginning of 2017 was driven for lying to the Vice President, Mike Pence, and FBI agents. Lawmakers from both parties have raised concerns that Saudi Arabia could transfer the development of nuclear weapons, if the US technology, without sufficient guarantees.

Harvey did not immediately return a request for comment.

According to the Congress report, the informant came to the Committee, because they had concerns “about the efforts to rush in the White house, the transfer of highly sensitive U.S. nuclear technology to Saudi Arabia in a possible violation of the atomic energy act, and without review by the Congress, as required by law — efforts that can continually until this day.”

A 2017-article from the non-Profit news outlet ProPublica detailed some of the concerns in the National Security Council over the nuclear proposal — known as the “Marshall Plan for the Middle East” — is in favour of a company called IP3 International.


IP3 is managed by a group of retired U.S. military and national security officials, including retired Rear permitted Michael Hewitt, retired Army gen Jack Keane and former Reagan national security adviser Bud McFarlane.

IP3 and other supporters of nuclear energy in the Middle East argue that the United States must be included, because otherwise it will lose to Russia, China and others billions of dollars in the economy. They also say that the American participation and the limits for nuclear are the fuels that come with it— is essential to the tribe of an arms race in the region.

“The only way to concerns about the development of mass destruction weapons for the United States to participate in the introduction and the safe operation of international nuclear power plants,” the company said in a statement Tuesday. He also said that it “will be happy to share what we know”, with the Committee.

Up to the month before the Trump administration, Flynn, listed on public documents as a consultant to an iteration of the Hewitt firm commitment to the nuclear power proposal.

In the last year, IP3 of The Washington Post said that Flynn was offered a role in society, but never officially came on Board. On Tuesday, the company Flynn said “was never a consultant of IP3 or his ner, he had no share in the company and was never any compensation or reimbursement of expenses by IP3.”

Still, according to the report, Flynn served as a conduit for the IP3 in the White house.

Only a few days after Trump’s inauguration, the company sent Flynn a draft memo for the President, the signature is called the barracks, as a “special representative” responsible for the implementation of the nuclear power proposal, and called the Director of the CIA and the state to give secretaries of energy, Finance and defense to support him. The report also quotes former Deputy National security adviser-K. T. McFarland, as to say Trump personally told barrack that he could lead the implementation of the plan.

The report also catalogues the actions of Harvey, the familiar Flynn, who commissioned was the NSC’s Middle East and North African affairs.


According to the report, upon entering the White house in January 2017, Harvey saw it as his task to adopt is always the trump card, the nuclear proposal, despite the objections of ethics and national security officials.

Even if H. R. McMaster, who replaced Flynn as national security Advisor and NSC lawyer John Eisenberg indicated that the work on the proposal because it doubts as to its legality, Harvey continued the persecution of the proposal, according to the report.
