Google puts the Nest Hub, a smart speaker with screen, in the Netherlands. Also unveiled by the company Tuesday during the developer conference itself Google I/O a cheaper version of the Pixel smartphone.
Google brings its smart speaker with screen to the Netherlands. The Google Nest Hub – which was previously announced as the Home Hub can be used to take photos to show videos and play music.
As with the other Home speakers from Google, it is possible to give voice commands, but the device can also use the touch screen to be actuated. The Nest Hub will be in stores for 129 euro.
Google announced Tuesday a larger Nest Hub to Max, but that is for the time being not to the Netherlands.
The original Google Home-speaker is reduced in price from 149 euros to 99 euros.
Two new Pixel-devices
Google brings two cheaper versions of his Pixel-smartphones on the market. The Pixel 3a and 3a XL have less powerful processors than the larger variants and the housing is made of plastic instead of glass.
The phones must be according to Google, however, has just as good of pictures, and includes a portrait mode and a mode for photography in dark environments.
The Pixel 3a is equipped with a headphone jack, while on the more expensive Pixel smartphones a USB-C or bluetoothkoptelefoon should be used.
In the U.S. it appears smaller model for 399 dollar (converted to 357 euro). Provisionally appear that the phones in the Netherlands. Also, the previous Pixel-smartphones from Google are still not officially available.
