Google manager Sundar Pichai becomes a member of the board of directors of Alphabet, the parent company of Google.
That has Alphabet announced Monday, writes Recode. Pichai is since two years on top in Google. The company accounts for around 90 per cent of the turnover of the Alphabet.
Pichai is the thirteenth member of the board of directors. Other members are Diane Greene, the head of the cloud department, Google, and Roger W. Ferguson Jr., an economist.
