Google comes out in april with his library for political advertising in the European Union. That confirms a spokesperson of Google Wednesday evening to NU.nl.
The online library allows users to search any persons or organizations, political ads are purchased, on which audience they are aimed and how many for the ads are paid for.
With the library comes Google needs of European policy makers for more transparency regarding political ads. In August of 2018 came to Google in the United States, already with a library for political ads.
Also other big players in online reviews that more transparency should provide. Twitter has a searchable list for political advertising in the European Union on 11 march, and posted online. Facebook has previously announced his library for political ads at the end of march.
Brussels has great tech urged to their advertentiebibliotheken in any case, for the European parliament Elections of may 2019 online.
