Government representatives say Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman funneled foreign money to a pro-Trump super PAC, and American campaigns; Rick Leventhal reports from Manhattan.
A lawyer for Lev Parnas, an associate of Rudy Giuliani, claimed that his client traveled to Kiev shortly before the inauguration of the Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in this year, the demand of the new government to announce publicly that an investigation by 2020-presidential candidates Joe Biden and his son.
