Giuliani, on whether the FBI improperly monitored on a Trump campaign

President Trump lawyer associations ‘Fox News Sunday’ to discuss the latest developments in Robert Mueller’s investigation.

President Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani said on Sunday, special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russia agreement is tampered with and the investigators will focus “on the things that didn’t happen.”

“Let’s have the facts straight, and let this be done,” Giuliani said on “Fox News Sunday.”

Giuliani said the investigation is focused on “things that don’t — including members of the Trump presidential campaign, allegedly in collusion with Russia to influence the outcome of the 2016 presidential pass”-race, and Trump is illegal interference with the probe.

“You’ve said a focus on Russia, no collusion, no obstruction of justice,” Giuliani.

Trump’s critics say the President obstructed justice in the dismissal of FBI Director James Comey.

Trump fired Comey in may 2017, said he would manage the trust lost Comey, the ability to the FBI, as the Federal investigation of state Hillary Clinton discusses the use of private E-Mail Server during the Secretary of state.

But the President was also upset that Comey would not say publicly, he was the focus of the Russia-investigation, argument, Giuliani has in the last few days.

Trump seems to be growing increasingly frustrated with the investigation — which he calls a routine in a “witch hunt” – as the probe in the second year, and interferes with its administration.

Giuliani was set to try in the last weeks, to close the examination and perhaps arrange a conversation between Trump and Müller, as the last step.

However, he and other to Trump the legal team were careful to speak so that Trump, out of fear of Federal investigators, which could try to make a legal case.

“We’re not going to sit, it is the case, allow, if there is a case for perjury,” Giuliani said Sunday. “He wants to explain that he did nothing wrong.”

To be sure, Trump has always said that he did not affect to interfere in Russia, and the 2016 presidential elections. And he argued that the investigation has moved beyond its original intention to include the business of the President’s business partners.

“This is said to be manipulated, you have 13 Democrats, no collusion,” Giuliani. “You focus on things that don’t happen.”

He also said that the President “fire”, because that would make him look like a victim.

Giuliani also said that the former administration should be informed Trump that he was looking in Russia for interference during the race in 2016 and has been watching his campaign.

“Some of it, Müller is said to blame, (but) it completely taints his investigation,” Giuliani. “The whole thing with this investigation that was going on we was done, as a spy, before Müller have been involved. But it completely taints the investigation.”
