Giuliani wants the raw version of Trump, Cohen Band
Rudy Giuliani explains that you need to hear the raw version of the Trumpf, the Cohen Band, was released. Fox News’ Ellison Barber reports from Berkeley heights, New Jersey.
President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani told Fox News two experts in the relaxation and the FBI have analyzed the agents secretly Trump-Cohen recorded the Band and believe that it is “played” with.
“Now, as we have seen, the full range of [Michael] Cohen and Lanny Davis’ deception, we don’t trust something,” said Giuliani.
The tape obtained by CNN, was secretly recorded by the President’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen.
In it, the couple heard discussing a payment to Karen McDougal, a Playboy model who claims she had an affair with Trump prior to his election as President.
In a telephone conversation with Fox News on Saturday night, Giuliani said, he will try to get you a raw copy of the Tapes.
According to Giuliani, analysts say the public audio-is a “Band band,” and because of this, you are not able to determine whether Cohen cut the recording in the room, in real time, or changed and/or deleted, parts of it at a later time.
“Since we don’t have the original, we have asked for it,” Giuliani said. “Our expert analysis is carried out, until we got the raw copy, we’re looking for.”
Giuliani speculated that the chances of success for the preservation of the raw tape narrow.
Authorities in the government, the investigation of Cohen allegedly, the analysis of multiple recordings.
Giuliani told Fox News there are additional “Cohen-tapes,” but, he said, is now the public Trump-Cohen Band, the only one with the President.
The other, Giuliani said, are the shots where Cohen speaks with a third party, and describes his version of what happened in relation to payments to McDougal and adult film star Stormy Daniels, who has also claimed she had an affair with Trump prior to his election as President.
Giuliani said most of the tapes are secret recordings of conversations between Cohen and the Reporter.
More to the point, Giuliani insisted, there is nothing on the tapes, which is contrary to the positions that the President has publicly “on all of these things.”
Giuliani claimed he would welcome the release of all the so-called “Cohen-bands,” told Fox News that, if Cohen’s legal team has sought his consent to the release of the tapes, “we would like to say, we play it all.
You don’t show to do the President something is wrong and that Cohen deceives the people.”
Fox News reached Cohen’s legal team to address Giuliani’s accusations, but at press time had spoken directly with Cohen is a lawyer.
But Cohen’s lawyer, Lanny Davis, has sent Fox News a statement via text message.
“Mr. Giuliani seems to be confused,” Davis wrote. “He is expressly excluded to the attorney client privilege in the past week, and repeated and inaccurate — as evidenced by the Band’s voice and the voice on the recording, lose all confidentiality.”
In relation to reports that a so-called “joint defense” agreement between Trump and Cohen was separated, Giuliani, Fox News said that he did not know whether the agreement has been formally waived. However, Giuliani, Trump said the legal team do not share information with the Cohen legal team and the legal team does not replace the information in the opposite direction.
