nearvideo trump attorney Rudy Giuliani reacts to the latest news via Special Counsel Robert Mueller investigation
Rudy Giuliani weighs in on the future of the Müller-probe.
In a wide-ranging interview Sunday on “Fox & Friends,” President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani charged that Democrats had rejected a legislation, it would be “absolutely the murder of California police officer Ronil Singh, the illegal immigrants early Wednesday prevented”.
The suspect, Gustavo Perez Arriaga, had a well-known gang affiliations, as well as two past DUI arrests. Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson, this weekend, argued that the murder “could’ve been preventable,” saying that California had prevented the law that the authorities of the release of information about Arriaga DUI arrests with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
“This could have been prevented from it by just a halfway sensible policy,” said Giuliani. “Democrats … voted against legislation that would have absolutely prevented this by focusing on gang members. Should he take it, as a drunk driver. … There was special legislation, the focus on gang members. Most of the Democrats voted against it. Almost all of the Republicans voted for him. Had that legislation are in force, this murder can happen.”
In September 2017, the Criminal Alien Gang member Removal Act, which gave dignity to take authorities to the possibility of immigration enforcement action against suspected gang members, even if you have not been convicted of a crime, passed the house along party lines, but did not receive Senate consideration.
Giuliani added that “this happens”, and pointed to the Democrats’ previous support for the improvement of the boundary wall-financing.
“The most important thing on a wall is entirely crazy-they all voted for it,” Giuliani. “[House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi] said in favour of it; now, it is immoral. So I hope you went to confession. I mean, she’s Catholic.”
Separately, Giuliani doubt as to Special Counsel Robert Müller was the official explanation for why the phones belonging to two of his former top deputies have been completely wiped out, only days after they were fired for their anti-Trump bias. Giuliani also reiterated his previous claims that Trump would not sit down for a one-on-one interview with Müller, to cite what he called “unethical or grossly negligent conduct” of the special counsel prosecutors.
In a comprehensive report earlier this month, the Department of Justice’s internal watchdog issued, to blame a technical error for a swath of missing text messages between the anti-Trump, ex-FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa page-and showed that the government issued mobile phones by Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office, Strzok and side-swept had, all clean according to Strzok was fired from the Russian probe.
Strzok — who in August 2016 page written about “insurance” in the case, Trump won the election, and who discussed secretly, a “media leak strategy” on Russia-probe — was far from Muller’s team at the end of July 2017, after the FBI discovered he’s been sending anti-Trump-text been had the messages. He sent many of these messages-to-side, with whom he was engaged in an extramarital affair.

“All of these texts from Strzok and page deleted?” Giulani asked. “And you will find out that Strzok is a text message that he hates Trump that he is going to get him and stop him-and that if he can’t stop talking to him, he has an ‘insurance’ to get him out of the office. I think Müller is the insurance to get him out of the office. I’m not just saying that — Strzok was his first investigator.”
MUELLER RECORDS OFFICER DELETED STRZOK, THE WHOLE PHONE, CAN’T REMEMBER IF IT HAD TEXT MESSAGES ON IT
The DOJ Inspector General (IG), said that, with the help of the Department of Defense, it was able to discover thousands of missing SMS messages written by Strzok, and page, and sent her FBI-issued Samsung phones from December 15, 2016, to may 17, 2017, “as well as hundreds of other text messages outside of the gap time-the time that has not been manufactured by the FBI due to technical problems with his text message collection tool.”
But if the IG went on the search for the iPhones separately Strzok and page of the Müller issued team were told the investigators that “[Strzok s] iPhone had been reset to the factory settings and re-configured for the new user to which the device was issued.”
The records officer, the special counsel told the IG that “as part of the office for the records retention procedure, the officer checked Strzok, the DOJ issued iPhone” on the 6. September 2017, and “found that it contained no material text-messages”, before it was completely — wiped out only a few weeks after Strzok was fired from Müller’s team for an anti-Trump bias, and to send anti-Trump-text-messages.
WITHIN STRZOK AND PAGE “MEDIA LEAK STRATEGY” IN THE FBI
“The person determined to eliminate what was Miller’s records officer, says there was nothing there of interest,” Giulani said. “It is not hard to believe, Strzok and the page suddenly decided,” We’re going to text more about Donald Trump.’ You seemed to be obsessed and compulsively SMS about him. I don’t know what kind of lover you were, if you SMS about this all the time. It is ridiculous.”
Still, Giuliani has the FBI disputed the allegation that a technical glitch had occurred.
“As far as I can tell, I hope there is a way to reproduce,” Giuliani said. “Only with the texts of the last… a little… not like E-Mails. I do this work, cybersecurity work. Texts are hard to come by. The is legitimate.”
Like pressing botched Flynn listen
Media expected to be aide-de-camp, not a prison for ex -.
Giuliani added that it would be more likely to Strzok, in fact, had topics such as the FBI tactics in the investigation of former Trump National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, were discussed. Explosive court documents released earlier this month showed that in January 2017, then-FBI assistant Director Andrew McCabe pushed Flynn to a lawyer during the interrogation, and finally to his confession on a single charge of lying to Federal authorities.
“Just maybe, it would be very embarrassing if he said the same things said while working for the holier-than-thou-special counsel –” we are framing is not Flynn, we’re gonna tell him he has the right to legal assistance,'” Giuliani.
Asked whether he expected to Müller issued the final investigative report, in February, Giulani, he pounded the breath.
AS THE FBI SUGGESTED, INCORRECTLY, THAT THE FISA COURT HAD MORE EVIDENCE THAN IT IS TO WATCH REALLY TRUMP AIDE

“Oh, God, the Almighty, first of all, he was coming up in March, then in may-we are now told in the fourth degree of separation of the non-crime of collusion,” Giulani. “We went to the non-crime of obstrution of justice, that did not work for you. Then he moved on to the campaign contributions, by the way, is not violative of the campaign Finance law. And then you want to now the Russia tower. You should go to Moscow. There is no tower. It has to be built. She has not Declaration of a non-binding intention of such a desire.”
Giuliani claimed that Trump was “as surprised as I was” over the WikiLeaks revelations from the hacked E-Mails from the Democratic National Committee (DNC) during the 2016 presidential campaign and stressed that the underlying E-Mails were doctored.
What the Hillary Clinton campaign, Giuliani said, hurt was that the E-revealed Mails that their campaign had received illegal Insider information from the DNC to help her secure the nomination.
“The thing that really got Hillary, is that it was revealed, but it was true-she was really cheated on the debates, it was really the questions of Donna Brazile previously, you really have Bernie Sanders screw — every bit of that was true.”
He added a personal message to Miller: “My ultimatum is put up or shut up, Bob.’ I mean, what do you have? There are those who believe you won’t have anything to consultation. And, by the way, even if you did, it is a crime – so what the hell are you doing? You have shows something that the President of the United States was in a conspiracy with the DNC, with Russia involved to chop? Of course, you don’t need. If you do, put a report, or give it to the justice Department, let it check, make sure it is not classified or whatever, a report. We are ready to refute it. I have the report ready for two months.”
