It’s never nice when an airline loses your luggage. But it’s a lot like being Tased.
A 30-year-old man was arrested at Hilo International Airport on the Island of Hawai’i on Sunday, after police said he “made a disturbance over a piece of lost luggage.

“Hawai’i Island Police were called to a disturbance at the Hilo International Airport at around 3:00 p.m. with an angry man,” the Hawai’i Island Police department wrote in a news release. “The police came to know that Dean Padamada was upset after he landed at the airport and find out that his luggage never arrived.”
The police arrested the Boys Padamada, on Sunday, after he allegedly created a disturbance at the Hilo airport.

Padamada, in the first instance, began with the throwing of flyers, and after learning of his luggage did not arrive, and when it started threatening members of staff at the airport who attempted to calm him down, police said. Officers arrived to find the man behaving “violently” and tried to take him into custody.
Padamada continued to resist arrest and the beating of one officer to the ground, and the wounding of another, the hands of the police were in a position to take him down with a Taser.
Padamada, was arrested and charged with two counts of terroristic threatening, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and two counts for the murder of a police officer.

His bail was set at $5,750, in anticipation of a court appearance, authorities confirmed.
