A 79-year-old homeowner in Georgia, allegedly fired two shots during an attempted burglary earlier this month.

The actions of the unknown woman to fend off the intruder before emergency responders can arrive at her residence on Feb. 12, were captured on her 911 call, ABC News reported Wednesday.

The woman was allegedly heard on the audio of the call obtained by the outlet of Jackson County Emergency services officials, with the confirmation that someone “tried to get in the back door.”

In the middle of the so-called break-in, the woman shouted to the suspect: “I have something for you” for the recording of a weapon, according to ABC News.

They later allegedly fired a second shot after the individual managed to get inside and to a floor of her house.

“I’m waiting for ya. When you come down them stairs, I’m gonna blow your damn brains out. I’m waiting,” she yelled before the picture is taken, according to ABC News.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office shared a Facebook news release on Feb. 13 and confirmed that during the meeting, the homeowner “fired two shots in the direction of the direction of the suspect.”

“The homeowner heard someone trying to get into a window and went to her back door to look out, at that time a black man stood there,” the sheriff’s office said. “The homeowner was armed and advised the suspect not in her house. A short time later, the homeowner heard glass break in the upper part of the house.”

While the government has no information about the owner of the house of the age or the identity WXIA reported her 79-year-old. The sheriff’s office did not immediately return Fox News’ request for confirmation.

The suspect – who was identified as Hans E. Rogers was apprehended by the authorities and charged with burglary and burglary, according to the press release.
