An Alligator surprised the owner of a house by banging on her window and attempting to enter the house during the mating season.

A family in Bainbridge, Ga., had the “surprise of a lifetime” when they found a huge alligator weeks in the sun in the front yard.

The Bainbridge Public Safety Department on Facebook with photos of the creature, which they said came from a nearby swamp-like area.

“We were eating breakfast and actually read about a dinosaur when it came walking by,” homeowner Summer K. Day said, according to the public security department.

Day and her husband, that the Bainbridge Public Safety Department did not name in the post, then the local officials to report the gator. After the authorities for the safety of the department and other local authorities arrived, it is the ministry of natural resources (DNR) was contacted.
