An Indiana man was charged in the death of 15-year-old brother after he allegedly punched him in the side of the head before vaping indoors.
Tyler, M., Kiger, 21, was charged with involuntary manslaughter on Tuesday, after authorities say he was involved in the June 8 death of his brother, Michael, Kiger, 15.
The La Porte County Sheriff’s Office released a statement saying Kiger was taken in a fault” with his younger brother, on the evening of 7 June, which ultimately led to his death on the following day.

As for the police not to comment further on the details surrounding Michael’s death, a probable cause hearing on Monday, it was found that the Kiger was angry with his brother for vaping at their grandmother’s home and struck him in the left side of his head, and, eventually, fracture in the skull, in the Northwest Indiana Times reported, citing the court session.
“Michael told the dispatcher that he had been assaulted by his brother,” a Sheriff’s Detective Sgt. Adam Hannon has allegedly been said at the hearing. “He complained of pain in his head.”
She went on to say, ” He told me that he was having a hard time hearing one of his ears.”
The court recordings, and declared that Michael’s attitude was “frantic” to “slow,” as soon as the police arrived on the scene.

Instead of going to the hospital, he was taken to his mother’s home in La Porte, where he was found to be non-responsive.
He was taken to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
According to local reports, Michael, an official cause of death was ruled “blunt force trauma to the head.”
Kiger, was on Tuesday arrested and is being held at the La Porte County Jail on a $15,000 cash bond.
