Lori Loughlin talks the return of the “Garage Sale Mysteries’

Four new stories to air on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries.

“Fuller House” star Lori Loughlin is returning to the Hallmark channel for another episode of the series “Garage Sale Mysteries.”

In addition to reprising her famous role as Aunt Becky in Full House” reboot series, Loughlin will also bring it back to another one of her famous characters for the Label’s popular summer franchise.

“We’ve been doing these films for the last five years,” Loughlin explained in a Thursday morning interview with “Fox and Friends.” “[Movies], began as a one-off for the Hallmark channel, and then they decided that they wanted to rebrand their channel to the Hallmark Movies and Mysteries channel and the ‘Garage Sale’ was a kind of a jumping off point for them, because it did so well.”

In the popular Hallmark movies, Loughlin will play Jennifer Shannon, an antique store owner who goes in search of treasures in the garage sale circuit that are often related to the crime that it claims to solve her city’s local detective.

The “Fuller House” actress explained that with the popularity of the “Garage” series, she now has the starring role in a total of 15 videos and the network is started with the films of spotlight with “Garage Sale Mysteries” month, with a “Garage” film every Sunday night in the month of August.

“I think one of the reasons why it is so successful is because it reminds of the tv, that I grew up watching – ‘Murder, She Wrote,’ ‘Columbo’ – it is a good old fashion ‘who done it?’, but you are not too afraid, you can go to bed and have nightmares. It is not too graphic or gorey. It is much more focused on family. I like it and the viewers seem to love it.”

The 54-year-old star also expressed her enthusiasm for her Netflix series, “Fuller House,” which was recently nominated for 2018 an Emmy award.

“Is that so exciting?” Loughlin had a lucky escape. “It was much too late.”

The first film of this year is “Garage Sale Mysteries” month kicks off Sunday night on the Hallmark Movies and Mysteries.
