The arraignment for the man accused of killing four men in Fresno is postponed.
The Fresno County District Attorney’s Office asked that the charge for Kori Ali Mohammed to be delayed until a mental health evaluation is completed.

Police say Muhammad shot three men on Tuesday for white, and a security guard at a Motel 6 last week. The police are calling the shooting a hate crime.
During the scheduled arraignment, Mohammed came into the court screaming “Let black people go!” and other statements.
The results of the evaluation will be released by the court on 9 May; arraignment is scheduled to continue until May 12.
