PARIS (Reuters) – France will be the setting up of a G7 task force on the “hard currency” of projects, including Facebook’s planned Scale cryptocurrency, which will be led by a European Central Bank board member Benoit Coeure, France’s central bank Governor, Francois Villeroy de Galhau said on Friday.

France currently holds the G7 presidency of the european union.

As Also said, the Bank of England’s Governor, Mark Carney, said the Scale had to be safe, or it wouldn’t happen, and that’s all the world’s major central banks would have to monitor.
