France, ex-premier of Kosovo release

Ramush Haradinaj, the former prime minister of Kosovo last week by the French police, was arrested, should be released.
That ruled the French courts Thursday.
Haradinaj was on January 4, held on the basis of a Serbian arrest warrant from 2004. Serbia considers Haradinaj, who, during the rebellion of 1998, a major guerrillacommandant was, as a war criminal. The Yugoslavia Tribunal in The Hague, spoke to him in the past, however, on two occasions free.
Kosovo, where many ethnic Albanians live, was in 2008 with western support independent. This was Haradinaj, two years minister-president.
