The highway exit, runway at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport closed after gunfire hits cars on the State Route 509.

The authorities are looking for whoever opened fire on four vehicles on a highway in the state of Washington near Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on Wednesday.

The Washington State Patrol said the shooting happened in the southern lanes of the State Route 509 to the west side of the airport around 1:30 p.m., and all the vehicles were hit by bullets on the driver’s side.

No injuries were reported.

“We are looking for a person out of the tree line area,” State Trooper Rick Johnson told Q13 FOX. “We do not believe that the shots were fired from another vehicle.”

Another driver, Mike Luiz, said the bullet struck somewhere in his seat.
