Top chefs Benoit & Bernard Dewitte pick up three foreign chefs to their restaurant at the foot of the Flemish Ardennes for three exclusive ‘vierhandendiners’.

The Provencal kitchen is still the basis of my kitchen but under the influence of what the Nordic kitchen is done, they have evolved into something more personal and more global inspired.” Also on the site of michelin-starred chef Benoit Dewitte, progress, fine-tuning, striving for perfection is not strange. They stir for the opportunity to participate in the pots, in a location where you are in nice, almost feeling like you’re in the Provence. The trio is by Michelin-acclaimed. So expect mainly gastronomic fireworks in the board.
