Several people have been airlifted back to the united states. after sustaining a “serious injury” in the Bahamas, on Monday morning, when a Carnival Cruise Line tour bus crashed and overturned.

Four people were airlifted from the Rock Sound on the island of Eleuthera, after an excursion on shore, a bus with 32-Carnival Ecstasy passengers crashed in just 20 minutes north of Princess Cays, the company said in a statement.

Broward County Sheriff Fire Rescue Battalion Chief Michael and the Band told Fox News in a phone call on Tuesday morning, two male and two female, were transported by a military C-130 crash site at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, at approximately 4:00 p.m., several hours after the initial accident has been reported.

The CarnIval Ecstasy’s five-day Bahamas cruise that departed Jacksonville on June 22. The company said that the cruise was leaving Princess Cays, as planned, on Monday night, it will complete the published itinerary as planned. It has, however, suspended the tours operated by this tour.
