The lawyer for the Connecticut man accused of killing his estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos want to go forward with the case after his client’s death, Laura Ingle reports.
Fotis Dulos, five of the children have visited him in the hospital in New York city last month, before he was taken off life support after police found him unconscious from an apparent suicide attempt in his World, the garage, according to a statement issued by family spokesman said on Saturday.
Dulos, was charged with the murder of his wife, Jennifer Dulos, whose body has not been found after using it for the first time was in May 2019 and in the midst of their contentious divorce and custody battle. The couple and their five children had not seen their father since their mother was the first to go missing and were staying with their grandmother, Jennifer’s mother, Gloria Farber, in New York city.
“Five of the children have lost both parents in the span of eight months,” Carrie Luft, the spokesperson for the family and friends of Jack Farber Dulos, said in a statement to Fox News. “Our top priorities are to provide for their well-being, as well as the protection of their privacy. Understandably, she wanted to say goodbye to their father, and that we have agreed that, with the help of the hospital staff.”

“It’s a tragedy that children are not — and can never — be able to say good-bye to their mother, Jennifer, who is still missing,” Luft said. ‘The horror of the reality, and we are once again asking for the privacy of the families and loved ones to be honored.”
Fotis Dulos, was found unconscious in his Farmington, Conn., home on Jan. 28, when the police arrived to carry out a welfare check after he failed to show up for a court appearance in Sanford earlier in the day. The officials, Dulos, a medical emergency, a suicide attempt and forced entry into the car park, and the Farmington Police Department said in a news release.
The initial response of the cardiopulmonary RESUSCITATION before rushing Dulos, to UCONN’s John Dempsey Hospital in Farmington. He was then airlifted to Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, for the treatment of carbon monoxide poisoning. His sister, Rena Dulos, and flew in from germany to visit him before he was taken off life support Jan. 30.
“Mr. Dulos, was tried and convicted in the court of public opinion. Now that he’s done,” Fotis Dulos’ lawyer, Norm Pattis, said Jan. 30 statement, the notice of the client’s death, according to the Hartford’s Fox 61. “We’ll continue to do our best to prove that he did not murder Her.”

Pattis also denied that his client attempted to commit suicide from a feeling of guilt.
“We have to say ‘no’. We can tell you that it was a deliberate worn, with the weight of the world was too busy to listen, and wanted to do a story on it more than he wanted the truth,” he said.
Jennifer Dulos and was the last alive, is seen on surveillance video on the 24th of May 2019 at the latest, as the subject of her children’s school. Her body has not been found.
