(Reuters) – Google parent company, Alphabet Inc said on Tuesday former chief executive officer and chairman of the internet search giant, Eric Schmidt, stepped down from the board of directors at the end of its term in June.
Alphabet said Robin Washington, chief financial officer, Gilead Sciences Inc., will join the board of directors.
