Andrew McCabe sued the FBI and DOJ
Former FBI assistant Director Andrew McCabe against the DOJ, FBI for wrongful termination and defamation; Ed Henry reported.

Andrew McCabe, the former FBI Deputy Director ousted this year amid repeated attacks from trump, and a critical Department of justice report, has a book. St. Martin’s Press on Tuesday reports that “The threat: How the FBI Protects America in the age of terror and trombone” will come. Dec. 4.
St. Martin calls the book the hidden account of his career and defence of FBI independence. According to the publisher, McCabe described, “to believe a series of unsettling, contradictory and often bizarre conversations” with Trump and other high-ranking officials, led him, that the “actions of this President and his administration to undermine the FBI and the entire intelligence community,” and a threat to the General public.
“I wrote this book because of the President, the attacks on me to symbolize its destructive effect on the country as a whole,” said McCabe in a statement through the St. Martin. “It undermines America’s security and erode the public’s confidence in its institutions. His attacks on the main institutions of the government, and the professionals that serve in them, you should get up every American and take note.”
With the Bureau, McCabe had worked, everything was from Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the Boston Marathon bombing. “The threat” is likely to draw a comparison to “A Higher loyalty,” the Bestseller by Comey, Trump fired, in the year 2017. Both books come from divisions of Macmillan.
McCabe had been fired with the FBI for more than 20 years as state attorney General Jeff Sessions for him in March, shortly before McCabe’s planned retirement. His ouster came as a report from the justice Department inspector General criticized him for misleading investigators looking into the leak of information is for 2016, “Wall Street Journal” story about the FBI probe, which in the Clinton Foundation. After McCabe was fired, Trump tweeted “Andrew McCabe FIRED, a great day for the hard – working men and women of the FBI-A great day for democracy.”
He has since threatened to revoke McCabe’s security clearance, and this week the Ministry of justice is to publish some of his text messages in connection with the Russia-probe.
