Congress needs to do its job, and close the gaps, the promotion of illegal immigration, former acting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement director and Fox News contributor, Tom Homann, said Friday.

“The Congress has the American people failed. The democratic leadership, show me one thing that you have done to solve this crisis down at the border,” Homann said on America’s Newsroom.

“What have you done to increase the limit? The only one to do the something that is this administration. The President has done Executive actions, declared national emergencies. He is getting sued, every time, if he is not Executive action, to try against the flow of the tide. 9. the circuit has all the time tied up, when he turns around.”

On Friday, President Trump, whose 2016 campaign for the construction of a wall along the American promise-Mexican border, was threatened with the closure of the Southern border of the next week, if Mexico is not “immediately stop” the record rise in illegal immigrants flooding into the United States.

Trump’s warning comes as the customs and border protection officials say the March is on pace to exceed the 100,000 limit fears-the highest monthly total in a decade. According to CBP, this week alone, the agents have more than 12,000 migrants in detention.

“The DEMOCRATS have the weakest immigration laws in us, anywhere in the world. Mexico has the strongest, and you make more than $100 billion a year in the United States,” Trump tweeted Friday. “Therefore, the CONGRESS MUST CHANGE OUR WEAK immigration laws NOW, and Mexico to stop illegal immigration into the United States through their country, and our Southern border.”

“Mexico is made for many years, a fortune, from the USA, which is far greater than the border cost. If Mexico did not immediately stop illegal immigration into the United States coming in[sic] our Southern border, will I be the closure of the border, or large sections of the border, the next week,” he continued.

“It would be so easy to do for Mexico, but they take our money and ‘talk.’ In addition, we will lose so much money with them, especially if you add in the drug trade, etc.), close the border, it would be a good thing!”

Trump also fight event in Grand Rapids, Michigan Thursday, threatened with the closure of the border at an election.

“What needs to be done, Congress must close the gaps. The Congress needs to do their job, rather than democratic leadership asking for the abolition of a federal law enforcement agency for failing to adopt laws that they think will work. Why you not do your work, and fix the laws so that they work, and close the gaps, and entice these people to come?” Homan asked.

The President of the tweets and comments threatening to shut down the southern border to come to do the similar warnings earlier in the week, Trump accused of Mexico and Central American countries don’t like illegal immigration.

Trump is the first of the warnings came to the following notes, the notes from US Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Kevin McAlleenan, who said this week that the border was at her “breaking point”, to respond that there are enough agents to cross the flow of illegal immigrants to the U.S.-Mexico border.

Meanwhile, the President declared a national emergency in the fight to free funds for the barrier along the border. This month, the President, his first veto of a Democrat-backed measure granted to cancel the emergency.

To override on Tuesday, house Democrats failed to Trump’s veto, so that trump card, in order to move forward with the Problem.

Trump had declared the border, if necessary, under a law that enables him to dire displacement of budgetary funds address situations. His plan is to work the shift, an additional $3.6 billion from military construction projects to, on the border barriers. The Congress chose this year to limit the expenditure on such obstacles for less than $1.4 billion, and the Democrats accused Trump of ignoring legislators’ constitutional control over the expenditure.

New Jersey Democrat Rep. Jeff Van Drew, not to take a position on the Problem that most of the Democrats says that he believes the border needs to solve a kind of barrier to the crisis.

“We are not an open border country. Period of time. I don’t believe in this. I don’t think it’s good for our security. I don’t think that it is good for the economic health of the country, and I don’t think it should be something, what we do,” he said on Friday.

“At the same time, I also believe that we should watch the dreamers. These were people who were here since they were little kids and you should go through a process where they learn about America, swear the oath of allegiance, the test and become Americans.”

“This Congressman put the politics aside for a moment and spoke with Fox News about what he thinks needs to be done to fix the border,” Homann said in response.

“I agree with most everything he said, and that is what needs to be done. I don’t care whether you are Republican or Democrat, there is no disadvantage to securing our border.”

“I don’t care whether it is Republicans or Democrats, their number one task is to protect this nation, to protect our sovereignty and secure our border. So I agree with the Congressman,” Homann.

Homann offered a “controversial” solution to the problem, namely he has made “and it worked.”

“The ICE needs to get out right now and look for these family groups and the adult individual in this country illegally. They had to claim their “due process”, which require you to the asylum, to see which you require, a judge. Ok, we have done that great taxpayer cost. You have been ordered removed by a Federal judge,” said Homann.

Find “ICE cream, this family, groups and individual adults to find you, hold you and remove it. Because if the orders of a judge don’t mean anything, then there is no integrity in our system.”

Homann said he did this for about three-and-a-half-years and “if we once removed a large part of the family, the show, it is a deterrent, it is a kind of consequence of abiding our laws, the numbers on the border.”
