Foodhallen in Amsterdam is going to refresh

The Foodhallen in Amsterdam will from October six new permanent restaurants. Eight concepts to make place for the new names.

Last June returned Gunther’s Flammkuchen back as a permanent stallholder. In addition, there is a temporary place for the Arabic-French food connoisseur, Monsieur Baba.

Among the new names are dönerzaak Pita of the people behind restaurant BREDA in Amsterdam, the healthy tent Fento, the hong kong Gyoza of Dimsungting, pizzeria Renato’s, the Peruvian-Mexican Lima West and the vegetarian concept Padron.

Things like Viêt View, Maza and The Butcher remain in the Foodhallen. It is not yet known which concepts will disappear.

The Foodhallen in October 2014 officially opened in Amsterdam-West. The initiative is based on the ‘indoor food markets’, which all over the world.
