A Florida woman who was caught on video choking and kicking a dog, has been arrested and her dogs have reportedly been taken away.

Tony Sieber, 26, was spotted by a bystander on a Friday morning, strolling through a parking lot in Tarpon Springs with her dog, which she allegedly kicked him and seemed to choke on his belt.

As a bystander, Vincent Minutello, filmed in Sieber’s actions. In the video, which he posted on Facebook, and he heard her ask, “Hey, can you be a little bit easier on your dog, please?”

To Sieber to respond with a smile, “do You want to be accepted.”

“No, but you can’t do what you’re doing,” Minutello says to her. “You’re smothering him, you are dependent on your dog… He will sit there by the back of his neck, and he could not breathe, and when you get to it.”

Sieber is defending her actions and continues to tell Minutello, to take it from him, saying, ” he’s up for adoption. Minutello said he said Sieber, the Tarpon Springs Police Department.

The 26-year-old woman was arrested later on Friday for cruelty to animals, according to Pinellas County jail records. She is being held on a $5,000 bond.

Sieber dogs — including those at Minutello’s videos have been taken into custody by animal control, WTVT reported. Authorities say that at the end of the video, it seems to be ok.
