A Florida man who had sex with two women, while aware of non-disclosure of his HIV-positive status was sentenced to ten years in prison.

Rasheem Ikey Bodiford, 27, was on Friday convicted and sentenced after found guilty of three felony counts of having sex with another person without that person’s state of being. He was convicted and sentenced last week to 10 years in state prison and five years probation.

Prosecutors say Rasheem Ikey Bodiford, 27, had sex with two women, starting from September 2016 to October 2017, and has lied about his condition.

According to an arrest report obtained by the Pensacola News Journal, Bodiford will be in touch with the two women, who, during the period from September 2016 to October 2017, and during that period of time, not to let them know that he had the virus that can cause AIDS.

One of the victims told the police that, in June 2017, if they have tested positive for HIV / aids, and that their last sexual partner was a Bodiford. She also told law enforcement that she saw him in possession of drugs for the treatment of the disease, and he told her that he was simply selling the drug for his uncle.

The police said Bodiford was aware of his HIV-status, as of September 2016.
