Finland dismisses coach Backe
Finland has national coach Hans Backe dismissed. The 64-year-old trainer won since his appointment in January, not a single duel with the Finnish team. Assistant Markku Kanerva follows the Swede.
Backe was in January appointed to Finland in the direction of the world cup of 2018 to help. After four duels in the kwalificatiereeks the team in fifth place in Group I with one point.
In Finland, got the coach a lot of criticism because he is a vijfmansverdediging played. At home against Kosovo was gelijkgespeeld, and defeats followed against Iceland, Croatia and Ukraine.
