Sr., Kamala Harris has a long record of political attitudes from her Prosecutor days, not quite square, with their current national profile as a liberal champion, but one of the most embarrassing article from your past, your acceptance of a $5,000 donation from Donald Trump, almost ten years ago.

Now, court records post by Fox News have additional details about the circumstances of the contribution of the man you want in the year 2020 and whose policies you are calling “community.”

According to affidavits signed by Trump and his daughter Ivanka, disgraced former New York attorney General Eric Schneiderman was behind the strong contribution to Harris’ re-election campaign for California attorney general.

The affidavit was part of an ethics complaint against Schneiderman, filed on Dec. 2, 2013, from Trump, the claims, the Supreme public Prosecutor’s office had not him the impression that his inquiry into Trump University was about when it was.

Trump argues in his affidavit, given to Schneiderman, the “persistent, unwanted, and unqualified certification process, that the investigation it Org never fight, and my sincere conviction, to eventuate in a law, that no misconduct on the part of the [Trump University], I did not perceive any Problem, tries to help, Mr. Schneiderman, if I, or any other Trump. Managers were able to.”

He described such a case: the donation for Harris, a Schneiderman aide courted allegedly, Ivanka helped to organize.

“Mr. Schneiderman’s former transition Committee leader asked my daughter, Ivanka, if you would like to make a contribution to a fundraising event, sponsored by Mr. Schneiderman for newly elected California Attorney General Kamala Harris,” wrote Trump.

“In response, I made a $5,000 contribution to Ms. Harris” campaign—the highest level of sponsorship listed in the invitation and Ivanka attended the event together with some of the Trump Org.’s other top executives.”

Invitation to a fundraiser for Kamala Harris’ campaign for re-election as California attorney general in 2011.

2011-donation is one of several Trump now has to remind you about the Democratic candidates for the presidency, which could cause persistent headache for their campaigns-especially in light of trump like it, voters in the past, financial aid and favors, which he offered to pay, the now to criticize violently to him.

Trump donated to Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand twice — the $1,050 in December 2007 and $2,400 in September 2010. And Trump donated $1,000 to then-Sen. Joe Biden in December 2001.

But the trump cards donated to Harris’ attorney General campaign for re-election three times. In addition to the $5,000 donation in 2011, trump donated $1,000 on Feb. 20, 2013, and Ivanka Trump $2000 donated at the 3. June 2014. The Sacramento Bee and other publications have reported, the offer on the donation earlier this year, but the affidavits more context for the transactions.

These donations could also prove to be awkward for a candidate who has attacked in the last time trump for his comments suggesting Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., and other minority gave women in Congress “go back” where they came from, things to repair and back to show how it is done.

Harris suggested Trump’s comments as “vile,” “ignorant” “shallow” and “disgusting.”

But Harris did not publicly condemn Trump in 2011, when he pushed the “birther” conspiracy theories about the former President Barack Obama. A spokesman for the Harris campaign, told The Sacramento Bee in March that Harris donated the $6,000 she received from the asset for a non-profit, the Americans do not on the rights of Central-but, so to 2015—a year after she won her re-election campaign.

It is unclear at this point whether Harris returned or donated a $2,000 contribution from Ivanka Trump.

Wednesday asked for further comment on the donation, a spokesman for Fox News said: “All Trump has donated money to immigrants, the rights of the alms.”

The main 2011 fundraising event was held on Sept. 22 of this year in the law firm SNR Denton headquarters in Midtown Manhattan. The invitation, seen by Fox News, showed tiers of donations: $ 1,000 to as “donors” of $2,500 to as “Sponsor” and $5,000 as a “Host”. According to the invitation, Schneiderman, was the “Special Guest Speaker.”

A copy of Trump’s check, the also shows of Fox News, the check, dated Sept. 13, 2011; it was stamped, Sept. 26, 2011. The check for $5,0000, was signed by trump and from the order: “RE-ELECT ATTORNEY GENERAL KAMALA D HARRIS in 2014.”

Donald Trump’s check, then, California Attorney General Kamala Harris in the year 2014 for her re-election campaign.

Ivanka Trump’s sworn affidavit, also reflected Schneiderman’s commitment in raising the funds for Harris” campaign.

“In September 2011, Mr. Schneiderman’s former transition committee leader made contact with me and said that Mr. Schneiderman would ‘appreciate’ if I Ivanka said at a Fund-raising event for newly elected California Attorney General, Kamala D. Harris, as Mr. Schneiderman guest”.

“The answer, my father has made a $5,000 contribution to Ms. Harris” campaign, and I participated in the fundraiser,” she continued. “At the event, an intimate gathering of New York business people, I was one of only a handful of Mr. Schneiderman’s personal guests.”

Ivanka added that “many do not want to disappoint” Schneiderman, you have “personally contributed to $500 to Mr. Schneiderman’s re-election campaign, in honor of his birthday.”

The $5,000 donation to Harris came in the midst of Schneiderman’s investigation into Trump University after receiving complaints from almost a dozen students on the school. It was not until August 2013, Schneiderman filed a civil lawsuit accusing Trump University of the employment of illegal business practices. The case ended in April 2018 with a $25 million settlement.

Schneiderman was later forced to resign from his post as New York attorney General in may of 2018, after he was accused of, in need of physically abused multiple women. A study ended by Gov. Andrew Cuomo in December 2018, and led to no criminal — the prescription ads launched against him to prevent any form of law enforcement.

But Harris also led an investigation into several for-profit colleges, including the Trump University, which was revealed in October 2013. No charges have been filed in connection with the probe.
