Whether you’re a frequent flier, or have flown at a passenger aircraft once it is in your life, here are five things you need to know about the passenger planes.

Two years after the notorious incident in which United Airlines was one of the older passenger to be physically dragged out of a flight, the carrier is being accused of the same episode.

An argument ensued, and the Wientes claims to be one of the flight attendants took the boarding pass and in the direction of the back of the plane, and then lost it. Even though in the back of the couple’s claims that it is already too late, for at that time, a flight attendant started to yell, “You’re out of it.”

When the couple tried to get it to show one of the flight attendants on their boarding pass, she took hold of the elbow, in order to get the attention of the people, and the chaos that ensued.

Au says, “The flight attendant’s and gate agent both called out to us. We were all traumatized. You could hear them scream on the plane. “Don’t touch me! If you are coming from! I’m going to kick you off the plane.”

Forbes said she is in touch with United Airlines multiple times, to hear their side of the story, but have yet to receive a response.

The Au said the incident served as a reminder to her of what had happened two years ago on a United flight.

In April 2017, when the passenger of Dr. David Yao, was dragged out of a United plane after refusing to give up his seat on an overbooked flight. He suffered cuts and bruises, the damage to United’s reputation was a serious matter.
