nearvideo-former Obama White House counsel in court on Federal charges of Russia probe
On Friday, the US District Court Judge Amy Berman set an Aug. 12 appointment at the Tribunal for the former White House lawyer, Greg Craig, as he faces allegations of lying to the FBI and entered as one of 14 criminal referrals in the report, published on Thursday, Special Counsel Robert Müller.
Craig, who served under former President Barack Obama, came to the test after he failed to register as a foreign agent while Paul Manafort, Trump, ex-campaign manager, financed a report that Craig posted, and that was also in the service of the Ukrainian government. He has pleaded not guilty to lying to the FBI.
