A Federal court on Tuesday, the search warrant documents released submitted by the FBI to be used to access a laptop, the disgraced ex-Rep. Anthony Weiner and his estranged wife, Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin, revealing new details about why the Bureau reviewed the E-Mail case, only a few days before the presidential election.

The FBI investigation revealed “27-E-Mail chains with classified information” on a laptop, “was never authorized, used for the storage or transmission of classified or national defense information,” which-depending on the application for the warrant, made partially unrecognizable.

US district ordered by judge P. Kevin Castel on Monday, the guarantee and the accompanying documents published, he said, were secretly submitted to the court on Oct. 30.

In the aftermath of Clinton’s election, day of defeat, many of their top supporters – including husband, former President Bill Clinton publicly accused FBI Director James Comey for your loss.

“James Comey cost you the election,” Bill Clinton said earlier this month, during the observations, which were recently published in the Bedford-Pound Ridge Record Review.

Only a few days after the President-elect, Donald Trump, and the victory of Hillary Clinton, Comey task. “Our analysis is that Comey’s letter raising were doubts unfounded, unfounded, proven, stopped the momentum,” Clinton said in a Nov. 12 conference call with donors.

Comey, the case has been criticised, not only for revisiting, but for the date of notification of this decision, in the Oct. 28 letter to Congress, just to confirm, two days before the Nov. 8 vote, and that the investigation no new evidence of misconduct will be revealed.

The unsealed search warrant files, however, can help to explain why Comey decided to revive the Clinton-study in spite of the upcoming elections.

“Of the 27-E-Mail-chains, six E-Mail chains included information that was classified than the Secret level at the time the E-Mails were sent, and the information in four of these E-Mail chains, remains classified at that level now,” the application stated.

Agents were also on the search, ” to determine if classified information is accessed by unauthorized users, or transmitted to any unauthorized systems.”

The affidavit clearly States that the warrant of arrest relates to a “criminal investigation” of Clinton, terminology, Clinton’s team had previously contested.
