Sidney Powell says that the government should deal with the treatment of the former National security Advisor, Michael Flynn every American.

An explosive new court filing from Michael Flynn’s claims legal team that the FBI agents manipulated the official records of the former national security Advisor of 2017 interview was conducted charged him with lying to investigators. It Flynn of lawyers is the last attempt to have the case thrown out.

Sidney Powell, Flynn’s attorney, filed a 37-page motion on Thursday, in the several major allegations, once again, the government is requested to produce all evidence as it relates to Flynn, the court is pushing to “close the whole of the public Prosecutor’s office for outrageous government misconduct” and the government hold lawyers in contempt.

The whole of the case revealed that the FBI interview where Flynn was asked about his conversations with the former Russian Ambassador Sergei Kislyak. Flynn is known, finally, make a plea of guilty to making false statements about these talks in his interview, as part of the former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.

But as his legal team that the FBI officials manipulates Flynn to report, s FBI-302 — a form of agents are used, or interviews to summarize. goes on the Offensive, in the long-running and still-unresolved court cases, Powell argued, It is not clear who can have done this, the alleged editing, although ex-FBI agent Peter Strzok was involved in the original interview.

“These changes added a clear statement that, ‘Flynn said, he Kislyak wrote not’ — answer, if the Lord had asked Flynn to vote in a certain way, or slow down the UN vote [for sanctions],” Powell. “This is a fraudulent manipulation, because, as the notes of the agents do not show that Mr. Flynn was not even sure whether he had spoken to Russia/Kislyak on the Problem. He spoke with dozens of countries.”

Powell also claimed that the agent added: “or if Kislyak described any Russian response to a request from Flynn.”

“The question and answer does not appear in the notes, but it was wrote to a crime,” Powell. “The design also shows that the agent moves to make a sentence, not seems to be an answer to a question it was.”

Powell also expressed concern about text messages between Strzok, a former FBI lawyer, Lisa page days after the publication of the salacious anti-Trump dossier, which was promoted by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee by law firm Perkins Coie.

As the cover of the dossier, the dissemination in the media, said the filing, “Strzok wrote on the page: ‘Sit down with Bill to watch CNN. A TON more out of it…We discuss whether, now that this is, we can use it as an excuse to interview some of the people go.'”

“In the next two weeks, there was more “to discuss many of the encounters” between Strzok and [former Deputy FBI Director, Andrew] McCabe, ” whether the interview of the National security Advisor, Michael Flynn, and if so, what to use for an interview-strategies,'” the document.

Powell claimed that on Jan. 23, 2017 – the day before the FBI interviewed Flynn in the White house – “the upper ranks of the FBI met to stage the” strategies that keep Flynn talk “and to understand alerts him that he has been interviewed in a criminal investigation, he was the target.”

“In short, they planned to cheat him over the whole scenario, and you keep him in mind,'” Powell claimed.

Powell went on to claim that the former FBI Director, James Comey, the direction of the McCabe “personally, by the name of Flynn, to pave the way for the uncounseled interview.”

As she says: “Comey and McCabe were running their own agenda, not the investigation of crimes,” she continued to claim that the government is hiding evidence “from the original 302, other exculpatory texts and other forms of information completely.”

Whether the combative submissions to the court in a case where Flynn has already pleaded guilty, will convince remains to be seen.

Prosecutors have strong claims rejected, that is, all the hidden evidence: “the government exceeded its discovery and disclosure obligations in this matter,” including through the provision of Flynn with thousands of pages of documents.

Prosecutors earlier this month, called the defense submissions to a “fishing expedition”.”

“Since the beginning of their involvement, have sought defendant’s new Council to have the charges dropped, explained their customer’s actual innocence, and of the eternal conspiracy theories, stating all the while that the defendant intended that his resignation guilty,” she wrote.

But Powell is also the hammering of the FBI and DOJ media leak, citing a text message from Strzok the page in April, 2017: “I literally had to find a way to say this phone, you I want to with you about the media leak strategy with the DOJ, before you go talk.”

Powell is also on an alleged conversation between the former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, and the Washington Post reporter David Ignatius, of the claims, Clapper said the reporter, “words to the effect of ‘take the kill-shot on Flynn,'” after he phone according to reports, the transcript of Flynn’s.

A spokesman for clapper, though, told Fox News that he “absolutely say these words to David Ignatius.”

“It is absolutely wrong,” said the spokesman. “It is absurd.”

Ignatius did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

Powell also claims that the official leaked, which was the transcripts of the calls of Ignatius, a Pentagon official, was Stefan Halper’s ” handler.”

Halper, an American professor, was widely considered to be a confidential source for the FBI during the bureau’s original investigation in the Russian interference in the election of 2016. Halper, in the year 2016, contact to several members of the Trump campaign, including former foreign policy Advisor to George Papadopoulos and former aides to Carter page, and Sam Clovis.

“The evidence of the defence requirements to gut any factual basis for the appeal and show the behavior so egregious to mandate if it is not enough for dismissal of this prosecution for outrageous governmental misconduct,” Powell wrote.

Also in the filing, Powell, U.S. district judge Rudolph Contreras, of the accepted, Flynn’s confession only a few days before that, he was “suddenly and inexplicably recused is dismissed.”

Fox News reported that in the past year, Contreras and Strzok a personal relationship had received, according to the text messages.

“The government knew that they perfect well in advance of Mr. Flynn’s, the judge Contreras was a friend of Peter Strzok and his recusal was even discussed an exchange of multiple texts,” wrote Powell, referencing the text messages between Strzok and side, where they discussed Strzok, and Contreras will speak “in detail” on everything “meaningful enough, to distancing.”

Representatives for Strzok and page did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

Powell-filing is only the latest in a series of motions to the court in the name of Flynn. Last week, Powell state demanded that prosecutors turn over any two phones Malta professor Joseph Mifsud, whose role in the Trump-Russia investigation was shrouded in a long time secret.

Powell, a defense of Flynn led guilty to an escalating battle with the government, with the Flynn’s conviction still up in the air for his. The government said in late August that the case was ready for sentencing after months of delay. U.S. district judge Emmet Sullivan has a Dec. 18 of the sentencing date, although it is unclear whether it could be fired again.
