Exclusive: Google, the owner of the Alphabet in a bid to buy Fitbit resources

(Ap) – Google is the owner of a-z, Inc. (“GOOGL.D) it has made an offer to acquire the U.S. on a portable device maker Fitbit, Inc. FIT in.S), such as the sight of a part of the crowded field of fitness trackers and a smartwatch, people familiar with the matter said on Monday.

Even though Google has joined other major technology companies such as Apple Inc’s (AAPL.(O) and Samsung Electronics Co Ltd (005930.SO in the development of smart phones, it has yet to develop such an offer.

There can be no assurance that the negotiations between Google and the Track will lead to a deal, the sources said, the point is not to be identified because the matter is confidential. The price that Google offered for the Fitbit, it can’t be taught.

Google and Fitbit, declined to comment.
