Obama adviser, William Mendoza, resigned in the midst of a scandal, voyeurism

A former Obama Advisor has been tried, charged, voyeurism after he was caught pictures women skirts on the DC Metro. William Mendoza and resigned after he was arrested in November 2016.

An Obama administration officials, joined the end of 2016, weeks later pleaded guilty to a criminal charge in connection with allegations that he tried to take photos up women skirts on the DC Metro.

William Mendoza, a Department of education arrested official service as executive director of the White House initiative on American Indian and Alaska Native education, resigned from the leadership after he was charged with attempted voyeurism in November 2016.

He was allegedly trying to caught on a surveillance camera, the indecent photos, was arrested during a rehearsal of the Metro-police-Transit Department — and and charged with one count of attempted voyeurism, a misdemeanor.

But Mendoza’s attorney, Paul Kiyonaga, told Fox News on Tuesday that in spite of the multiple alleged incidents, his client only pleaded guilty to one count of attempted voyeurism.

Mendoza received a 90-day prison sentence suspended sentenced to one year probation and a $100 fine, according to court documents post by Fox News.

“Mr. Mendoza took responsibility in court for one count of attempted voyeurism,” Kiyonaga Fox News, said in an E-Mail. “The government refused to prosecute him, for all other alleged misconduct.”

William Mendoza, 42, pleaded guilty to a charge of attempted voyeurism in the Jan. 2017. He resigned from his post in the Obama administration prior to the General inspector could conduct a probe into his failure.

Kiyonaga added that Mendoza “has received, the treatment for the underlying problems that the occasion of this incident.”

“With the strong support of his family, [Mendoza] after the front has moved, productive with his life,” Kiyonaga.

DailyMail.com reported that Mendoza left the administration at the end of November, “in front of the office of the Inspector General completed its probe into his behavior.” The publication reports that in April 2017, the Department of Education’s Office of Inspector General pointed out that Mendoza will be excluded from the Federal “suitability.”

During his time in the Obama administration, Mendoza a reported brawl also came under control, broke out on a Redskins Jersey in 2015. The man with the Jersey-the name for Mendoza’s withdrawal in 2016, after he claimed that the official “spat in his face.”

Mendoza repeatedly denied the allegations and have not fear of prosecution.
