Everton attacker, Rooney sued for driving under the influence
Wayne Rooney is in England indicted for driving under the influence. The attacker of Everton was on the night of Thursday on Friday arrested by the police of the county of Cheshire.
The 31-year-old Rooney has now been released on bail and will be out on 18 september should prevent the court from Stockport, reported the police Friday in a statement. A day earlier plays Everton at Old Trafford against Manchester United, the last club of Rooney.
The former international of England was in the night from Thursday to Friday around 2.00 pm local time in Wilmslow held while he rode in a black Volkswagen Beetle, after agents determined that he had drunk.
Wilmslow is located just south of Manchester and near Prestbury, the place of residence of Rooney.
