Eurovision song Contest next year in Kiev
The Eurovision song Contest will be held next year in Kiev. That have the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and the National Television Company of Ukraine (NTU) on Friday announced.
The capital of Ukraine, was given the preference over the cities of Odessa and Dnipro, who is also in the running were to be the event host.
The country in Eastern Europe may liedjesfestijn in 2017 to organize because the Ukraine in may, the festival won. The Eurovision song Contest attracts 200 million viewers. It is not the first time that Ukraine hosts a large zangevenement. In 2005, the ESF also already taking place in Kiev, and in 2009 and 2013, the country’s Junior-edition of the song festival.
The song contest in 2017 place in the International Exhibition Centre, that will accommodate 11.000 spectators. The preliminary rounds take place on 9 and 11 may. On may 13, 2017 is the big finale. Tickets for all three nights are at the end of this year in the sale.
