Zady was inspired by actress Emma Watson for a new collection. The choice for the British actress is not strange, since Watson has been committed to sustainable fashion and in the past collaborated with People Tree and Eco Age. Moreover, it affects the modern-day slavery in the fashion industry, mostly women, sometimes even young girls. A theme that Emma Watson as UN Women’s Goodwill Ambassador is close to the heart.

Cherish your wardrobe

Usually approach brands celebrities for collaborations, but in this case it was Emma Watson who Zady asked for a collection for her designs. The actress wanted a timeless, classic collection on the market, since sustainability also means that the clothes you buy long, can be worn.

“The pieces are perfect for the workplace, but also during nights out can be worn. It is a capsulecollectie for the modern woman’, light Zady-founder Maxine Bedat.

The full capsulecollectie will be out on October 31 are available. Currently, there are two pieces available in advance at the shop. Via Instagram announces Emma Watson new pieces, which are then also in advance be made available.

Good morning NYC! Getting ready for what should be a great day at the @unitednations. Excited to be wearing bespoke, fully sustainable items which @zady designed for me. They’ll be available to buy on soon!! #heforshe @unwomen @proenzaschouler
