Tech billionaire Elon Musk stoked the controversy again on Tuesday, after he the question of whether it “strange” that the British diver, he seemed to accuse the last month of a pedophile is not yet indicted him.

In a series of back-and-forth tweets with a Twitter user with the name Yoda, Musk and asked: “You think it not strange, he is not sued me? He was offered free legal services.”

The tweet was a response to the user, after he said that it would be “wonderful” if the SpaceX founder and Tesla CEO apply his “dedication to facts and the truth” when he called the British diver Vern Unsworth — who has helped in the rescue of a Thailand soccer team trapped in a cave-a “pedo.”

I think a lot of things are strange, elon. what I think is particularly strange here is that you’re wondering why he is not called upon, while the rest of us are wondering why you have something of such a serious nature, that he could sue you for in the first place.

Musk asked the Twitter user if he had investigated the diver, to which he sarcastically replied: “the world must be the police, your lack of filter and all that comes after. That is very useful.”

“And hey. sue you, he may still be possible. or someone else that you have whack-a-moled without thinking about it,” the user tweeted.

The answer to the question @yoda. You brought it up, not me. Do you investigate or not? If so, what did you actually do?

Musk claimed that his words were “spoken in anger” after Unsworth reportedly told him to “engage in a sexual act with the mini-sub.”

“Nevertheless, his actions against me, not to justify my actions against him, and for that I apologize to Mr Unsworth and the companies that I represent as a leader,” Musk tweeted. “The error is mine and mine only.”

Unsworth said that he is not ruling out taking legal action against Musk on the tweets.
