Ellen DeGeneres breaks record with won the People’s Choice Awards

Host Ellen DeGeneres on Wednesday, three People’s Choice Awards and is now also the record-holder of the price. The American public voted in the past few weeks via internet for their favorite artists, film – and tv-stars.

DeGeneres was nominated for three awards and won all. For best voice in an animated film (Finding Dory), a favourite presenter of a tv program during the day (Ellen), and favorite collaboration for a comedy for her sketch Mall Mischief with Britney Spears.

Justin Timberlake had the honor of all three, the prices to DeGeneres, to reach out in Los Angeles. The presenter won during her career less than twenty times a People’s Choice Award and is the record holder of the price.

Blake Lively

Blake Lively won her first People’s Choice Award for her role in the film ‘ the Shallows. The 29-year-old actress gave an impassioned speech in which she women are urged not to be discouraged, and their goals in life to pursue.

“My mother taught me as a child that you no one should be stopped,” said Lively. “Let no one tell you what you don’t can do. I was always an ambitious child, and I had a clear goal for myself and I knew that I could reach, that I am successful and happy,” continued the actress.

Also thanked her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, for his support. “He is everything for me,” says Lively to go at once to say: “And you may not have, for he is of me!”.

Fifth Harmony

Fifth Harmony performed during the awards ceremony for the first time live on without the opgestapte band member Camila Cabello. The four remaining girls sang their hitsong Work From Home.

After the show we got the band out of the hands of DJ Khaled for the second year in a row the award for favorite music group.

The girl group came in december in the news when band member Camila Cabello announced on the steps. As a reason for her departure, she gave ongoing conflicts in the group. The four remaining band members, Ally Brooke, Norman Kordei, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui, have renewed their recording contract with Epic Records and had to know with a fresh need in the new year.
