Dozens injured after car arrive on carnavalsparade New Orleans
A man in a limousine on Saturday night (local time) run on a carnavalsparade in the American city of New Orleans. It became at least 28 people injured, of whom twelve criticism.
A police spokesman in New Orleans said that the number of life-threatening injury may increase. Seven of the wounded were, after a short visit from local hospitals dismissed, because they treatment refused, reports AP.
The driver of the vehicle is arrested. According to the spokesman suspects the police that he was heavily drunken. The mayor of New Orleans, Mitch Landrieu, said that there is no evidence that it was going to be a terrorist attack.
The southern town is currently the scene of the traditional Mardi Gras carnival celebration.
