Donald Trump Jr stumps for Montana Republicans looking to flip the U.S. Senate seat

Donald Trump Jr was the headline in the Montana Republican party Convention on Friday, stumping for state auditor Matt Rosendale, a former state legislator, now a U.S. Senate seat.

The seat is currently held by John Sr. Tester, a Democrat, moved the President of Donald Trump’s ire, and earlier this year, by Dr. Ronny Jackson, the former President’s doctor, the President had the appointment of the head of the Department of veterans Affairs.

Jackson, ultimately, his nomination moved to which allegations of misconduct and mismanagment. Soon after, he stopped even the President’s doctor.

On Friday, the son of the President said that the Convention meeting in Billings, Rosendale, she was to replace, the best choice Tester.

“I am the son of a billionaire from New York City and I have much more of a Montana-platform, as the senator, the senior senator from this state. It doesn’t make a lot of sense,” said Trump Jr told the crowd of several hundred Republicans.

Rosendale was 5. June in a four-way primary election, according to outside political groups in the millions of dollars spent in the promotion of his candidacy and attacks on his Republican opponent.

In a Twitter message earlier this month, Trump Jr wrote that Rosendale would back President Donald Trump’s “America First agenda 100%.”

In the year 2016, candidate Donald Trump Montana recorded by 20 percentage points.

The son of the President was joined on stage by U.S. Sen. Steve Daines, U.S. Rep. Greg Gianforte and Rosendale.

Tester is not backed up, away from the actions he took against Jackson, said in an interview that he would welcome a trip by the President to Montana.

“I’ve done my job as a U.S. senator. We checked him (Jackson), we ask, we don’t have all the answers, and he moved out,” Tester said. “I hope that (President Trump) comes to Montana. I really want to do. I hope he comes and takes a look at some of the veteran hospitals that we have here needs to be some challenges, the infrastructure and some of the border security, we are on our Northern border.”

Sen. Johnny Isakson, R-Ga., Chairman of the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee, has defended how the Tester the publication of the allegations against former VA nominee Jackson edited, according to the hill.
