Country music legend opens up about her theme park and the new film.

Two unfortunate parents have filed a lawsuit against Dolly on’s Dollywood theme park after the mother suffered a compression fracture and other injuries to the spine during the ride the RiverRush Water Coaster.

On June 22, TMZ reported that the unnamed couple’s otherwise happy trip with their two daughters in the summer of 2017 ended in chaos when the mother was injured aboard the water coaster at Dollywood Splash Country in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

The couple claims they followed the instructions of the ride operators when boarding the water ride, but it went wrong when their raft reached the top of the stage ramp.

Apparently, the woman was quickly “moved out of the chair and then she fell down in the raft, striking her back on the hard ground.” They “heard a pop, felt a burning sensation, and could not feel or move her legs to the end of the ride,” reports TMZ.

Representatives for Dollywood not immediately return Fox News’ request for additional comment on the story.
