Moyer ‘ s tasks were described in the OIG report: “As a member of the filter team, Agent 5 was responsible for the identification of privileged communication among the materials, the ensure by the FBI, that they are reviewed by the investigative team.”

The two agents 1 and Moyer explains how they believed the text messages were a “private” socket, which are not retained by the FBI. The OIG report said that these and other text messages between the Strzok and page “were never private,” because they were exchanged, the “governmental system and devices.”
