The Ministry of justice is looking for will denaturalize five persons who procured it is said, allegedly, “one of whose nationals is of the United States” by concealing its history of sexual abuse of minors during their naturalization.
In a press release on Friday, the Ministry of justice announced that it filed suit had, five civil complaints in Federal court in the Eastern district of California, the District of Maryland, the Middle district of North Carolina and the Southern District of Texas.
“Those who want to be American citizens should respect our laws and governments are trying to citizenship, lawful and honest,” said state attorney General Jeff Sessions. “Who’s lying, misleading, or omits important information to withdraw in an attempt to make the requirements for naturalization is undermining the credibility of our nation’s generous legal immigration system.”
The cases you mention, the following five defendants: Ricardo De Leon, 32, is a native of Mexico; Christian Oribello is Eguilos, 40, a native of the Philippines, Carlos Noe Gallegos, 41, a native of Mexico; Alwin Farouk Gariba, 51, a native of Guyana; and Moises Javier Lopez, 42, a native of the Republic of Colombia.
The Ministry of justice reported that the five defendants allegedly committed sexual abuse against citizens.
