Crews battling an intense house fire to save caged dog

Firefighters fight a fire in a house in Northern California on Saturday ended up saving a dog in a dramatic moment captured on a body camera.
Stockton Firefighters Local 456, said in a Facebook post they were called to the fire in the 2 story house, and came to find the building engulfed in flames.
“The fire burned so hot, it compromised most of the windows in the structure causing the smoke to exit and light to enter, fire officials said. “With the wind in the back of the fire brigade, this video capture provides a unique insight into what the fire service needs to deal with.”

When the fire brigade on the way to the back of the house to keep the flame from spreading to a neighboring house, they discovered a dog locked in a kennel next to a barn that was on fire.
After dousing the shed with water, firefighters were able to rescue the dog and carry it away from the burnt structure. The animal does not seem to suffer any damage from the fire.
