Fotis Dulos, and his girlfriend, Michelle Troconis pleaded not guilty on Tuesday in connection with the disappearance of his missing wife, Jennifer Dulos.

Dive teams in the World are focused on Wednesday for a body of water, as well as the search for a missing mother-of-five Jennifer Dulos and went to the 19th day.

Authorities have confirmed that Connecticut State Police divers were searching the pond in the wealthy suburb of the city of Avon, while the other researchers will continue to search for a Hartford trash facility, “to the evidence relating to the disappearance of Jennifer.”

“The children have told me that they don’t want to ski at this level,” she said, adding that she was “physically and emotionally exhausted” and had “begged” her to do something about it.

“We are all afraid to go against the will of my father,” Jennifer Dulos, reportedly wrote.

“Once upon a time, when my son was feeling too tired to ski, and my husband threw out one of his skis up against a rock and broke it in a fit of rage,” she added.

The authorities said that Fotis Dulos, and his live-in girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, which were captured on video surveillance dumping the clothes, sponges, and other items that are listed by Jennifer Dulos blood at multiple locations throughout Hartford, including the Materials Innovation and Recycling Authority (MIRA) facility. The police said that the men in the video surveillance, to fit in with the description of Fotis Dulos, and Troconis, and cell phone location evidence leads them to believe that the couple was there.

Fotis Dulos’ attorney, Norm Pattis, said on Tuesday that the police have not yet identified the license plate of the vehicle seen on the video is Written to when the counters have been cleared.

Dulos, 50, was last seen on the 24th of May, when she left her children at their private school in New Canaan.

Missing Connecticut mother’s estranged husband posts bail

The warrants of arrest, the police said that the blood spatter evidence of the clean-up efforts were also to be found in the missing mother’s New Canaan home.

“I just want to ask everyone to put aside the simple story is that an evil ex-husband took matters into his own hands, in order to resolve a custody dispute. This is not the case. That being said, I don’t know what happened,” Pattis said on Tuesday. He added that he believed his client would be “fully exonerated,” and say that it is the good fight and we will win.”

Fotis Dulos’ next hearing is set for Aug. 2.


In a hearing held in a divorce and child custody case was held on Tuesday Dulos posted bail. At that hearing, he was ordered not to have contact with his kids, while free on bail.

A judge did not rule on the custody of the children, whose ages are between 8-and 13-year-old on Tuesday. They have been staying in New York City by Jennifer Dulos’ mother, Gloria Farber, who has been granted temporary custody.


According to court documents, more than 400 courses have been made in a divorce and custody battle between Her and Fotis Dulos. The couple have accused each other of ignoring the court’s orders, and threatened the other in front of their five children. There have also been threats to kill one another, and at times, even the children.

The source adds that over 80 videos that have been shared with the police department in response to a request for the image.
