A family fight that unfolded in front of hundreds of visitors to the park in Anaheim, Calif., is being investigated by the police and being caught on video, William La Jeunesse reporting.
Two of the suspects will face criminal charges as a result of a fight at Disneyland park, Calif., allegedly failed to appear in court on the day of their arrest.
At the beginning of July, and the footage from the fight surfaced and quickly went viral. Since then, the suspects in the video have been identified, and many of them are faced with a serious list of charges.
Andrea Nicole Robinson and her husband, Daman Petrie did not appear in court on Monday for their scheduled stop, The Orange County Register reported. Robinson was reportedly charged with four misdemeanor counts of battery and one misdemeanor count of assault for her alleged role in the conflict. Petrie is reported to have been faced with one count of battery.

Avery I would like to-Edwinn Robinson, the brother of Andrew, has also been charged with five felonies and nine misdemeanors, “for the attacks on his sister and brother-in-law, and friend, of the danger of his child and three other children who were at Disneyland with the family, and threatened to kill members of his family, as he drove out of the Disneyland parking structure,” according to a press release by the District Attorney’s office, to be released at the end of July.
Robinson is reported to have been scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 30 for a pretrial hearing, The Orange County Register reported.
He’s reportedly been to see the two-and-a-half years in jail, while her husband faces up to six months.
Fox News has been reached, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, but did not receive an immediate response.

Avery also seems to be beating his girlfriend to the ground and repeatedly punch her, and drag her out by her hair.

When the incident was first reported, a spokesman for Disneyland, delivered on Fox News with the following statement: “Any kind of violence is inexcusable and will not be tolerated. The parties concerned have been immediately removed from the premises and handed over to the Anaheim Police Department.”
