(Reuters) – the Walt Disney Company, said on Tuesday it was moved to the launch on its streaming video service, D+, up to and including the 24th of March, in the Uk, and regions within Western Europe, a week ahead of the launch plans as of March 31.
Disney+ is now available in the uk and Ireland for 5.99 pounds ($7.81) per month, or 59.99 euros per year, as well as in France, Germany, Italy, netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and Austria, and for 6.99 euros ($7.76) per month or 69.99 euros per year.
The streaming service is one of the best players in the crowded streaming landscape, it will compete with Netflix Inc., Apple Inc, Apple TV, and Amazon.com of Inc Amazon Prime Video in the area.
It is set to launch in Belgium, spain and the Nordic region is higher in the summer of this year.
